This paper aims to understand the best practices linking natural and social resources of Vinho Verde Demarked Region known, commonly, as Minho, in terms of the touristic per- ception present, mainly, at Quintas farms that produce wine, but also present tourist services considering the great importance of these units when it comes to understand the cultural identity of this northwest part of Portuguese mainland.
