Each frame is a work of art, and it is almost like peeking over the shoulder of the animator as an action sequence is pieced together, with notes in the margins and little side sketches to indicate important points and aspects to be noted when executing the actual animation. I wish I could read the Japanese notes! All frames are reproductions of the original storyboard in pencil—exquisite artwork!
